Before your flight
  1. Enroll in or Register your Mabuhay Miles Number: Ensure you're enrolled in the Mabuhay Miles program to have your flight miles credited. For existing members, add your Mabuhay Miles to your booking during online check-in or at the check-in counter.

  

  1. Monitor Flight Status: Regularly check the status of your flight for any changes using PAL’s website.

  

  1. Review and Manage Booking: Check and modify your flight details as needed, including seat selections, meal options, and rebooking arrangements.

  

  1. Verify Travel Documents: Make sure all your travel documents, like passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and meet destination requirements.

  

  1. eTravel Registration: Secure your travel plans by registering on the e-travel portal ahead of your flight, ensuring a safe and efficient travel environment for all passengers.

  

  1. Purchase Extra Services: Consider buying additional services such as travel insurance, special in-flight meals, and preferred seating.

  

  1. Check Baggage Allowance and Purchase Prepaid Bags: Review PAL’s baggage policies and purchase prepaid baggage options in advance to save on costs.

At the airport
  1. Arrive Early for Check-In: Ensure you're at the airport 3-4 hours before your flight for check-in and baggage drop-off.

  

  1. Prepare for Security Screening: Have your ID and boarding pass ready and comply with all security screening requirements.

  

  1. Head to Your Boarding Gate: Verify your gate assignment on your boarding pass and keep an eye on the Flight Information Display System for any updates.

  

  1. Follow Boarding Instructions: Please note that boarding gates might change, so please check the Flight Information Display at the gate regularly.

   

  1. Stay Informed About Flight Changes: Keep updated on any flight delays or cancellations and seek assistance or information as necessary.

  

  1. Navigate Through Transits Efficiently: Use airport signage to move between terminals or gates for connecting flights effectively.

  

  1. Utilize Customer Support: Reach out to airline staff and customer service desks for help with any airport-related issues.

During your flight
