How to Purchase

1. After airport check-in, the passengers may proceed to the Mabuhay Lounge at NAIA Terminal 1 for international passengers, and NAIA Terminal 2 for domestic passengers

2. The passengers must present their flight ticket and boarding pass for checking. Once the flight schedule and passenger details are confirmed, a payment fee of Php 1,500 (Terminal 2), and USD 45 (Terminal 1) will be collected.

3. PAL Agent to confirm the purchase and get the passenger's email address for the issuance of the web e-receipt.

What is myPAL Lounge?

The myPAL Lounge allows PAL Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers an exclusive offer to access the Mabuhay Lounge at Terminal 2 and Super Mabuhay Lounge at Terminal 1 for a fee.
 
How can I avail of this?

Passengers with a flight departing at NAIA Terminal 1 and 2 may purchase access to the myPAL Lounge after check-in by presenting their boarding pass and ticket at the Mabuhay Lounge counter. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Maya, and GCash.
 
Who are eligible to avail the myPAL Lounge?

Passengers who may enjoy the access to the lounge are the following guests:
 
All revenue and non-revenue Premium Economy and Economy Class passenger with PAL ticket and travelling on a PAL and Wamos operated flight.

Can I voluntarily refund/rebook myPAL Lounge?

No, the myPAL Lounge fee is non-rebookable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
 
I voluntarily upgraded my PAL ticket to Business Class. What happens to my purchased lounge access?

Once your PAL Premium Economy or Economy Class ticket is upgraded to Business class, the paid myPAL Lounge access will be automatically forfeited. 
 
How will I be notified about the status of my flight (Boarding, Delayed, and/or Cancelled)?

Flight statuses and boarding announcements are conveniently accessible within the vicinity of the Mabuhay Lounge. Additionally, our dedicated Mabuhay Lounge agents are readily available to personally assist passengers by providing reminders regarding their flight and boarding status.
 
Terms and Conditions
  1. myPAL Lounge is available to all revenue and non-revenue Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers travelling on a PAL and Wamos operated flight from Manila. 
  2. myPAL Lounge can be availed three (3) hours before estimated time of departure (BETD) at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge Reception Desk after check-in. 
  3. Fees are applicable per person for one-time access at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge. 
  4. Minors under 18 to 2 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when accessing the lounge. Children under 2 years are admitted for free. 
  5. myPAL Lounge is valid only for entry at the PAL Mabuhay Lounges located at NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. 
  6. The PAL Mabuhay Lounge North Wing at NAIA Terminal 2 accommodates Mabuhay Miles Million Milers, Premier Elite members and their guests, Business Class passengers, and their accompanying passengers who wish to avail of lounge access.  
  7. The PAL Mabuhay Lounge South Wing at NAIA Terminal 2 accommodates Mabuhay Miles Elite members, Comfort Class passengers, eligible non-revenue passengers, guests under special handling, partner airline passengers, and paying guests, regardless of class of service provided the passenger is holding a PAL Ticket and travelling on a PAL operated flight. 
  8. The PAL Super Mabuhay Lounge at NAIA Terminal 1 accommodates Mabuhay Miles Million Milers, Premier Elite members, their guests, Business Class passengers, and accompanying passengers,  eligible non-revenue passengers, guests under special handling, and paying guests regardless of class of service provided the passenger is holding a PAL Ticket and travelling on a PAL and Wamos operated flight.  
  9. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Maya and GCash. 
  10. myPAL Lounge are non-refundable, non-rebookable and non-transferrable. However, in cases of flight disruption, cancellation or irregular operation and the passenger has not consumed the myPAL Lounge Fee, said fee will be refunded in full. Standard refund procedure shall apply. 
  11. In cases of flight cancellation and the passenger has consumed the myPAL Lounge fee, said fee shall be forfeited. 
  12. Cabin class upgrade, whether voluntary or involuntary, shall not entitle the passenger to a refund or rebooking of a previously purchased Pay Lounge Fee. 
  13. The use of the lounge is subject to the guidelines of Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Lounge. 
  14. PAL reserves the right to amend prices at any time in its sole discretion. 
  15. PAL reserves the right to limit lounge access due to capacity restrictions and safety reasons. 
  16. By availing the myPAL Lounge, passenger acknowledges, understands, and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the PAL Mabuhay Lounge, Data Privacy & Security Policy, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
