What is Port-to-Door (PtD)?

A same-day delivery service offered by Philippine Airlines Cargo Business in partnership with couriers available nationwide. The cargo will be delivered to your desired delivery address/location. 

 

How to avail Port-to-Door Delivery Service? 

To book your delivery, click the link sent to the email address provided during preacceptance. Next, pin your drop-off address in the location picker, select your preferred courier, and complete your delivery booking.

 

Do you accept all kinds of shipments for delivery?

Commodities acceptable are General Cargo (GCGO) and Foodstuff

 

How much weight and what dimensions are acceptable?

Cargo shipment must fall within the requirement per vehicle type:

  • Motorcycle: 20kgs / 50x50x50 cm

 

What is the advantage of the Port to Door Delivery Service?

With Port-to-Door, you (consignee) no longer need to visit the cargo terminal in person. Instead of submitting authorization letters and IDs (in case the consignee is not available), you can now book the service easily through a link sent to your email once your cargo arrives. Simply follow the link, and your cargo will be delivered directly to your doorstep

 

What are your service areas? Do you cover the whole Philippines?
Port-to-Door Service is currently available in Metro Manila, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan, and Davao

 

What delivery partners can I book through Port-to-Door?

Currently, you can choose between Grab Express and Lalamove (2-wheel) as our delivery partners. We are also working on onboarding additional partners soon to provide you with more options.

 

Is multiple stop/drop off allowed?

Location picker will only allow one drop-off location.

 

How much is Port-to-Door?

The delivery price is based on the distance between the Cargo Terminal and your selected drop-off point.

 

How do we pay for the delivery? Do you accept cashless payments?

For now, cashless payments are being accepted

 

How do I check the status of my delivery?

Live tracking will be available once the driver is assigned. The driver may contact the consignee for confirmation of booking.

 

When will my delivery arrive?

Once a driver has been assigned and confirmed your delivery request, an estimated time will be displayed based on the distance and traffic conditions of the route from the origin to drop-off point.

 

Can I cancel my delivery?
Once the driver has been requested, the delivery cannot be cancelled
