Must be able to provide proof of filiation: For Foreign Spouses, Traveling with Filipino/Former Filipino SPOUSE
Note: Effective 24 Dec 2021, a Filipino and Foreign Spouse with Same Sex Marriage shall be temporarily admitted.
For Foreign Children, Traveling with Filipino/Former Filipino PARENT

3. Foreign Nationals

Foreign national may enter the country without the need of Entry Exemption Document (EED), provided they comply with the immigration requirements, reflected to Travel Rules and Requirements page.
Foreign nationals with valid and existing Entry Exemption Document (EED) issued prior April 01, 2022 may be allowed entry based on the IATF Resolution nos. 160-B, 160-D and 164-A
