What is Manage My Booking? 
Manage My Booking is an online self-service facility that enables you to view, add myPAL Travel Boost, and make certain changes to your Philippine Airlines and PAL Express bookings. 
What services can Manage My Booking perform? 

Through the Manage My Booking, you can: 

  • View your PAL and/or PAL Express bookings 
  • Rebook domestic or international flights voluntarily 
  • Explore and avail of any myPAL Travel Boost offering 
  • Avail and modify special service requests (example: wheelchair assistance, meal preference, etc.) 
  • Update or add your email address, contact number, emergency contact information, and frequent flyer number 
  • Select or modify regular seats 
  • Refund domestic or international flight tickets
 
Who can use Manage My Booking?

Passengers with tickets purchased through the PAL channels such as ticket office, contact center, travel agent, website, and mobile app are eligible to use the Manage Booking facility.

Note: Travel agency bookings are limited to utilizing the 'Manage My Bookings' feature for accessing and availing any myPAL Travel Boost offerings.

Prepaid Baggage

at least 4 hours before flight departure

myPAL Seat Select

at least 2 hours before flight departure; Otherwise, choice seats may be purchased through the PAL Online Check-in facility, or at the Airport Check-in counter

myPAL Flavors

May be availed up to 48 hours before the scheduled estimated time of departure, except for Sushi Bento meal to be availed up to 72 hours. 

What do I need to have before I use Manage My Booking?
To use Manage Booking, you need to have
  • Your booking reference code 
    • Example: Q1W2E3 
  • Your last name or the last name of any passenger listed in the PAL booking 
How do I access Manage My Booking?
Just follow these simple steps to access Manage My Booking 
  • log on to www.philippineairlines.com
  • click the Manage Booking tab at the PAL homepage 
  • tick the Manage My Booking button (for voluntary changes)  
  • input your booking reference code and last name  
  • click PROCEED 
What are the acceptable modes of payment in Manage My Booking?

For the applicable charges incurred within the Manage My Booking facility, you may conveniently pay through the following forms of payment 

  • Valid Credit/Debit Cards
    • Mastercard/Visa/JCB/American Express, UATP, Diners Club and Discover 

    NOTES:

    • Diners Club and Discover Cards for itineraries quoted in the following currencies: PHP, USD, AUD, CAD, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD, CNY, MYR, AED, KRW, MOP, IDR, THB and TWD 

  • Paypal
    • Applicable for itineraries quoted in currencies: PHP, USD, AUD, CAD, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD, THB and TWD
  • GCash for itineraries quoted in currency: PHP
  • GrabPay for itineraries quoted in currencies: PHP
  • ATM Kiosk for itineraries quoted in currencies: THB
  • Over The Counter for itineraries quoted in currencies: THB
  • Alipay for itineraries quoted in currencies: AUD, CAD, CNY, GBP, HKD, JPY, MYR, NZD, SGD, THB and USD
  • Dragonpay for itineraries quoted in currency: PHP
  • WeChat Pay for itineraries quoted in currencies: AUD, CAD, CNY, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD and USD 
  • Financial Process Exchange for itineraries quoted in currency: MYR

If I booked through a travel agent, can I use Manage My Booking?

Yes, however, travel agency bookings are limited to utilizing the 'Manage My Bookings' feature for accessing and availing any myPAL Travel Boost offerings.

Can I rebook my ticket through Manage My Booking?

Yes, voluntary rebooking may be made through the Manage Booking Facility, EXCEPT for: 

  • Group booking (with 10 or more passengers) 
  • Bookings created through our partner travel agencies 
  • Tickets with other airline segments  
  • No Show Downline cancellation (NSD) 
  • Bookings with no active segment 
  • Mabuhay Miles issued tickets 
If the airline changed my flight arrangements, could I still use Manage My Booking?

Yes, via Flight Disruption option in the Manage Booking tab. Otherwise, you may also transact through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888, (+63) 919-056-2255, or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office.

Can I modify previously purchased PAL Travel Boost through Manage My Booking?

myPAL Seat Select

Yes. Choice Seats may be modified subject to new payment of applicable Choice Seats or Advance Seat Selection fees. Click myPAL Seat Select for more info.

Prepaid Baggage 
No. Passenger who wish to upgrade their Prepaid Baggage or wish to rebook their Prepaid Baggage to their new flight, provided no changes on the route, must contact any PAL Ticket Offices or Contact Center. Changes must be done at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure. Click Prepaid Baggage for more info. 

myPAL Flavors

No.  For passenger who wish to rebook his/her flight provided no changes on the route, myPAL Flavors may be carried over to the new flight. Changes must be done at least 72 hours prior to scheduled Estimated Time of Departure at any PAL Ticket Offices or Contact Center. Click myPAL Flavors for more info.

Can I refund my flight using Manage My Booking?

For online bookings, a voluntary refund may be made through the Manage Booking Facility, EXCEPT for the following scenarios below which can be requested through the Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888, (+63) 919-056-2255, or US and Canada Toll-Free Number 1-800-435-9725), any of our PAL Ticket Offices, and/or through the PAL Help Page

  • Reissued tickets 
  • Bookings paid using Billease, ATM/Online Banking, Over the Counter payments, DragonPay, Travel Voucher, and Cash payments. 
  • Award tickets 
  • Bookings with split forms of payment 

For bookings created through the PAL website, ticket refunds can be requested through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888, (+63) 919-056-2255, or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office. Applicable fees will be collected.  

How can I make changes to my booking if my ticket falls under any of the exceptions? How can I make requests that fall later than the prescribed deadline?

Can I request wheelchair assistance using Manage My Booking?

Yes, you may request wheelchair assistance using Manage Booking. We require advance notice for proper endorsement to the concerned offices. Passengers needing wheelchair assistance may submit their request upon booking their tickets online and by filling out the Disability Assistance Form through the PAL Help Page 48 hours before their flight.

Can I request for stretcher, oxygen, and bassinet using Manage My Booking?
No, but you may request for stretcher, oxygen, and bassinet through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888, +63) 919-056-2255, or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725), any PAL Ticket Office, or through our Online Disability Request Form through the PAL Help Page.
