Pre-order Meals: 

Who are eligible to pre-order meals? 

Only Business class passengers are on selected flights may pre-order their meals for their flight. 


Which flights can I pre-order my meals?

Pre-meal ordering is currently available only for flights from MNL to the following destinations:

How do I pre-order my meal/s for my flight? 

The pre-meal ordering feature is currently only available through: 

  • flights.philippineairlines.com 
  • PAL Mobile App 

After seat selection, the passenger is prompted to choose from additional services. 

The passenger should select the ‘Meal’ option. This will redirect them to a page where they can either choose Special Meals or Pre-select Meals for their flight. 

 

My flight is already booked but I want to pre-order my meal? Where should I request this service?

Passengers with existing bookings can pre-order their meals by accessing “Manage My Booking" in our website or the PAL Mobile App. Pre-ordering of meals must be done at least 72 hours prior to their flight. 


Where can I view the menu for my flight?

The Inflight menu is made available in https://menu.philippineairlines.com/ 


Is there an additional cost to pre-order my meal? 

No, pre-ordering of meals is a free service for our business class passengers. 


Are beverages included in the meal? 

No, only the main meal (entree) will be available for pre-order. 


What if I missed my flight? (whether due missed connection, flight cancellations, etc.) 

If you missed your flight, your pre-ordered meals will be transferred to your rebooked flight, provided that the origin and destination are the same.  

Please inform the rebooking agents about your meal preferences to ensure everything is correctly updated. 


What if I want to cancel or change my pre-ordered meal? 

Pre-order meals can still be amended as long as it is 72 hours or more before the estimated time of departure.  

Passengers can amend their pre-ordered meals by accessing “Manage My Booking" in our website or the PAL Mobile App.  


What if my pre-order meal was not served? 

If your pre-ordered meal was not provided, please inform our crew so they can take note of the issue. We will investigate and ensure that it does not happen again. 


How can we check and if the pre-order meal was prepared (or loaded) for the flight? 

Passengers will receive an email confirmation regarding their pre-order meal and can also be check in the ticket. You may ask our agents at the check in counter in the airport or our crew in the aircraft.

Where can we order pre-order special meals?

Special meals can be pre-ordered through our contact center or reservation channels. 


Do you offer meals for passengers with dietary restrictions due to health or cultural reasons (kosher, halal)? Ex. Diabetes, allergies, gluten-free, etc. 

IATA special meals cater to passengers’ restrictions based on (a) medical needs, (b) religious beliefs, or (c) age.  

Availability may also vary per station. 


Can I request to remove or replace certain ingredients? Ex. No tomatoes, no salt, vegetarian, vegan, low sodium, low sugar, etc. 

Yes, if the request is related to a passenger’s medical condition and they can provide supporting documents indicating their dietary restrictions, our caterers will be notified for confirmation. However, availability may vary depending on the station. 

If the request is based solely on personal preference, caterers may decline to provide the requested meal or modification due to availability constraints.

PAL Self-service online facility for Voluntary Changes

Manage Booking is available for unused one-way or roundtrip tickets. This facility is for passengers who are NOT affected by any cancellation or travel restriction but would need to make changes to their booking.

For passengers affected by cancellations or schedule changes, you have the following options:

If you wish to rebook within 30 days from the affected flight date, please ensure to click the Flight Disruption button before proceeding.

If you wish to convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher or request for a refund, please submit your request through the myPAL RequestHub, call our hotline, or visit any PAL Ticket Office for assistance.
