Q1. How long is this promotion valid for? A1. The promotion is valid for 6 weeks from 19 August – 30 September 2022.
Q2. Who is eligible to participate in this promotion? A2. All Mabuhay Miles members with a valid Mabuhay Miles membership number are eligible to participate in this promotion.
Q3. How can I sign up as Mabuhay Miles member? A3. You can sign up here to become a Mabuhay Miles member.
Q4. What are the rules for earning Bonus Mabuhay Miles from dining? A4. You can earn 5 Bonus Miles for every Php 50 spent at our participating restaurants. i. You may only claim Miles from dining experiences that occurred during the promotion period, 19 August – 30 September 2022. ii. There is no minimum or maximum spend. iii. There is no limit to how many times you can visit each restaurant.
Q5. How do I claim my Bonus Mabuhay Miles from dining? A5. Please submit the restaurant receipt from your visit to any participating restaurant here. Please note that the receipt must be dated between 19 August 2022 – 30 September 2022. All receipts should be submitted by 30 September 2022 to qualify for Bonus Miles. Please note that the receipt must come directly from the restaurant – bank or credit card receipts will not be accepted.
Q6. When must I submit my receipt by to claim my Bonus Mabuhay Miles? A6. Please submit your restaurant receipt by latest 30 September 2022.
Q7. Is there a maximum number of Bonus Miles I can earn from dining? A7. There is no cap to the number of Miles you can earn from dining at participating restaurants.
Q8. When will the Miles from dining be transferred to my Mabuhay Miles account? A8. It will be transferred by 11 November.
Q9. How long are Mabuhay Miles valid for? A9. Mabuhay Miles do not expire for engaged members. Engaged members are those who have undertaken any valid activities within 2 years.
Q10. Can the Miles earned be transferred to another person who has a MM membership? A10. Yes, the Mabuhay Miles earned can be transferred given both the parties have valid Mabuhay Miles membership number. |
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the campaign ("Campaign"), organized by Philippine Airlines Limited (“PAL”), under which Mabuhay Miles members will earn 5 Mabuhay Mile (“Mabuhay Miles”) for every spend 50PHP with any participating restaurants, which participating restaurants shall be prescribed by PAL from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. This Campaign commences on 19 August 2022, 00:00hrs (GMT+8) and ends 30 September 2022, 23:59hrs (GMT+8) (“Campaign Period”).

A. Mabuhay Miles Reward
1. Campaign is open exclusively to Mabuhay Miles Members only, who have memberships commencing on or before 30 September 2022. Non Mabuhay Miles Members may register at www.philippineairlines.com
2. A Mabuhay Miles member will earn 5 Mabuhay Mile (“Mabuhay Miles”) for every 50PHP spend from the total bill excluding service charge and 12% VAT with any participating restaurants during the campaign period ("Qualifying Criteria").
3. There is no cap on the maximum number of Mabuhay Miles that a Mabuhay Miles member can earn by participating in this Campaign.
4. A list of participating restaurants and any minimum spend required is set forth in the Appendix to these T&Cs.
5. Members must present proof of Mabuhay Miles membership upon making payment for the bill, followed by submitting their claims through the Mabuhay Miles Restaurant Program Facebook page Mabuhay Miles Dine To Fly messenger chat. Miles earn process for earning Mabuhay Miles from restaurant spend can be found on Mabuhay Miles website at [landing page].
6. The Mabuhay Miles earned during this promotion will be credited to member’s Mabuhay Miles account within 30 working days post the end date of the campaign, by 11 November 2022. Members will receive a notification through email on the status of the Miles earned.
7. In case a member is facing issues in the claims submission, please contact Mabuhay Membership Services at +63 (02) 8855-8888.
8. For Mabuhay Miles members, Base Mabuhay Miles awarded in accordance with this Campaign does not expire for engaged members. Engaged members are those who have undertaken the following activities, within two (2) consecutive years, starting 01 January 2022 - 31 December 2023, and two years thereafter:
a. Earned flight Miles on PAL, Codeshare, and/or other Airline Partners; and/or earned non-flight Miles thru Program Partners
b. Redeemed Miles for Flight Awards or Service Class Upgrade Awards, and other non-flight redemptions
c. Bought Miles
d. Received Bonus Miles
e. Transferred and/or received Miles
f. Reinstated expired Miles
9. In case a member has redeemed within the campaign period but has not successfully resolved issues during the conversion to Mabuhay Miles within the promo period, they will be given an extension to fix the exception/concern within 30 working days post the end of the campaign period, by 11 November 2022.
10. Participation under this promotion is purely voluntary for the members.
11. Mabuhay Miles members must dine at the restaurant partners in order to claim the Miles rewards.
12. This offer cannot be combined with any other campaign / transfer offer.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen can avail only of either the promotional discounts, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever discount is higher.
B. General
1. PAL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participating Mabuhay Miles members.
2. All Mabuhay Miles awarded under this Campaign will be subject to the Mabuhay Miles Terms and Conditions at [LINK TO BE UPDATED].
3. Individuals are only permitted to hold one Mabuhay Miles membership account. Any fraudulent or duplicate Mabuhay Miles accounts, including the original Mabuhay Miles account held by such individuals will be suspended and disqualified from the Campaign.
4. By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, Mabuhay Miles membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by PAL. All collection, use and disclosure of participant’s personal data will be in accordance with Philippine Airlines Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.philippineairlines.com/about-us/legal-notices/data-privacy-policy).
5. PAL shall not be liable for personal injury, any disappointment, or any incidental, special , indirect , consequential or punitive damages whatsoever , including, without limitation, any and all damages that any participant may suffer or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, arising out of, or related to the participation in the Campaign.
6. By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, Philippine Airlines, and conditions of carriage, PAL’s Privacy Policy and Mabuhay Miles Terms and Conditions (collectively, “PAL Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these PAL Terms and Conditions may result in the Mabuhay Miles member being disqualified at any stage of the Campaign.

8. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and are construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any proceeding filed against PAL involving Mabuhay Miles, must be instituted in the proper courts of Pasay City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues of actions or proceedings.
