Check-In Free Baggage Allowance (FBA)
The check-in baggage should not exceed a maximum dimension (length + width + height) of 62 in. (158 cm). A single piece of checked baggage should weigh no more than 32kg (70lbs). Any baggage exceeding the 32kg weight limit must be repacked or will not be accepted for carriage. Checked-in baggage that exceeds the allowed dimension shall be treated as Oversized and will be charged an Excess Baggage Charge (EBC).

Here are important reminders if you are checking-in carton, cardboard or styrofoam boxes:

  • Use thick, high-grade carton, cardboard or styrofoam boxes to ensure durability of the box to handle ramp transfer conditions.
  • Styrofoam boxes and coolers must be placed inside a sturdy carton or cardboard box for extra protection.
  • There should be additional wrapping (bubble wrap, corrugated packaging, etc.) for food and liquid items, to be placed inside the styrofoam box to avoid leakage.
